Maryland Crab Pie

Our Sunday dinner on this Labor Day Weekend...
No steamed crabs at our house but this
crab pie recipe is really wonderful and easy to make.

2 nine inch pie crusts. 
I used Pillsbury pie crusts instead of making my own.
Pierce pie crusts and bake for at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.

1 pound of crab meat
4 eggs
2 tbsp flour
1 cup mayonnaise 
1 cup milk
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz shredded swiss cheese
1 tbsp minced green onion

Combine eggs, mayonnaise, flour, and milk in a bowl and mix well.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients, folding in the crab meat.
Spoon crab mixture into pie shells and bake for 50 minutes or until a
knife comes out clean.
12 servings.
